Kenner experimented with a new line, the MICRO Collection, in 1982. It was a line that included full playsets and vehicles with 1+ inch diecast metal, non articulate figures. It bombed. The line never clicked with kids (myself included) because it did not go with your action figures. I actually really like the line now but not as a kid.

First of the Creature toys the Dewback is still an awesome looking creature. Like the Darth Vader Tie Fighter the Dewback was also re-released in 1983 in the Collector Series line.

The Droid Factory was not a popular set and sat on clearance shelves for years. However it is a better toy than most collector’s give it credit.
