The logical first stop should be the carded figures. Kenner generally used 48 count cases but later used 96 count as well. Further the figures came in assortments that tended to be heavy on the newest released figures, which of course makes the most sense. Again later with ROTJ and POTF Kenner did bulk cases of single figures both as carded figures and baggie figures.
